About Susan Stiles

Susan is wonderful. She makes visiting a bunch of houses in a day a delight. She excels at summarizing the good and the not so good of each house. She kept in touch at all times. She is wonderful even after closing to help get all the little things fixed that get noticed after the closing.

Keith is so easy and enjoyable to work with. He comes with years of experience in the Austin market, goes out of his way to find you a home that fits all your "wants" or needs, and was available at the drop of a hat. Throughout the process, I was hesitant about whether or not we were going to buy and Keith never pushed. He ended up helping us rent for the time being, but we will definitely use him to buy in the future.

Susan was great during our 9 month house search. She was patient and helpful. She was also open and honest about negatives of various houses and neighborhoods. Susan was also helpful later on when renting out our previous house and has helped find numerous good tenants. Heck, she even let me drive her brand new car (although that's probably not to be expected)!
